FAQs
What is the children's welfare point?+
On entrance, stop at our children's safety wristbanding point. Take a wristband, write your contact number on it and attach it to your child — our staff will be on hand to help. All staff on site are instructed to check children's wristbands for a contact number in the event of an emergency as a first point of call.
Can I bring my children?+
Yes — the festival is a family day out. Under-18s only gain entry accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 21+, with a maximum of three under-18s per responsible adult. Children can't arrive later and be collected from the gate: they must enter with you, and every child wears a wristband for the duration of the event, given on entry.
Where do I buy tickets?+
All tickets are sold through Skiddle, our official ticketing partner. Follow any of the ticket links on this page — tickets bought elsewhere can't be guaranteed. Prices shown are face value; Skiddle adds its booking fee at checkout, and children's tickets (3–17yrs) require the child to be accompanied by an adult. On the day, show your ticket on your phone or bring a printout.
What time does it start and finish?+
Gates open at midday and the music runs until 9:30pm. Last entry is 6pm. Exact set times are announced on our social media in the run-up to each event.
Can I bring my own food and drink?+
You're welcome to bring your own food — but strictly no drinks of any kind, which will be confiscated at the gate. Bag searches are compulsory on entry. Please bring plastic or wooden cutlery only. A full food court and outside bars run all day; bar staff operate Challenge 25.
Should I bring cash or card?+
Both — the drinks token booths at the main entrance take cash and card, and run from midday to 9pm. Tokens are £1 each; the bars themselves take tokens only (VIP bars also take cash and card), while the fairground rides and food vendors are cash only, so bring some cash on the day. Prepaid token bundles usually go on sale about a week before each festival — we'll announce it on our social media closer to the time.
What should I wear and bring?+
The festival is held outdoors on a grassed pitch, so dress for the weather — the VIP area is covered. It's a family event, so keep outfits family-friendly. Camping chairs are welcome; all bags are searched on entry.
What can't I bring?+
No alcohol or liquids of any kind, gazebos, illegal substances, knives or weapons, aerosols, pyrotechnics, or animals (except assistance dogs). Camping chairs and your own food are welcome. Anyone refusing a bag search will be refused entry.
Is there first aid on site?+
Yes — a first aid point runs all day, staffed for the duration of the event. Ask any steward and they'll point you to it.
